In which areas are your furnished apartments located?

All our fully-furnished apartments are located in luxury buildings in Downtown Seattle, adjacent to the city’s business, retail, and shopping / dining districts.

How long can I lease a furnished apartment?

Our minimum reservation requirement for our fully-furnished apartments is 30 days, while the maximum reservation term is one-year.

What steps are in the leasing process?

First, we need to learn of your particular needs (date range, # bedrooms, price range, parking, etc.) via our online information form. After this, one of our account managers will contact you to discuss your requirement and how SRX International can provide the best solution for your timing and needs.

After choosing your apartment, we will send you the appropriate paperwork to conduct our review, to confirm and finalize your reservation, and to submit a Security Deposit. Finally, we will send you detailed check-in instructions as well as information about the apartment, building, parking, and the area in Seattle where you will be staying.

Are any credit or background checks conducted during my review?

For individuals who be staying with us, a criminal background check and a soft credit check will be conducted. If you are reserving an apartment through a company, a company application will be required to be completed and the company’s credit report will be reviewed. A criminal background check will also be required for each individual that will stay in the company approved apartment.

What furnishings and houseware are included within each fully-furnished apartment?

Do you provide cable and Internet in each fully-furnished apartment?

Yes, your fully-furnished apartment comes with a standard cable TV package and high speed wireless Internet. If you would like a more expanded cable TV package or higher speed for your wireless Internet, just let us know so we can accommodate your request.

Do you include parking?

SRX International provides indoor parking for those who request it. All parking is located within the building’s garage with direct access to the apartment building. Pricing is dependent on duration of stay.

How do I remit payment?

We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, debit cards, company checks, personal checks, and money orders. We also can receive payment via online payment systems such as PayPal and Square.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes. Our standard Security Deposit is $500 and is fully refundable (minus any damages) within 21 days of your move-out.
